Round Table Discussion with Darrell Fraize, Onward Transitions
Darrell Fraize, M.Ed., LCPC, LADC is Co-Founder and Chief Clinician for Onward Transitions. He oversees the delivery of services from admissions through to discharge. Darrell helps guide staff development, policy and procedure implementation, and program innovation. He has been practicing mental health counseling since the late ’90s and is dually licensed as a clinical professional counselor and alcohol and drug abuse counselor. His specialty areas of clinical practice include anxiety and depressive disorders, executive functioning challenges, and working with a neuromosaic of people. Darrell has been a wilderness therapist, graduate and undergraduate faculty member and intern supervisor, treatment center administrator, faculty of both public and private schools, and is currently a doctoral candidate in Transformative Leadership. He is part of a blended family with his wife and four young adult children and granddaughter.
